JobsGuru SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Description: JobsGuru SMS provides text message updates about your job application status, interview scheduling, and employment opportunities. By opting in, you agree to receive informational and transactional text messages related to your job applications and employment.

2. Opting Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. Help Information: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@jobsguru.ai or by visiting jobsguru.ai/support.

4. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your job application activity. You may receive messages for application updates, interview scheduling, pre-screening questions, and other job-related communications. Frequency will depend on the stage of your application and employer responses.

5. Carriers Not Liable: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability and conditions.

6. Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The number of messages you receive will vary based on your application activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

7. Consent Not Required for Employment: Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment or applying for a job. You can still apply and be considered for positions without opting in to SMS notifications.

8. Supported Carriers: This service is available on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others.

9. Privacy: If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and will not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Changes to Terms: JobsGuru reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
